get very used to it. i got my car in july 2010 and i've had *nine* pretty serious problems already that bmw has had to fix. the first 4 months were no problem, but the last 3 months have basically been a problem every week or two.

1. vanos broken
2. radiator cracked
3. cam shaft solenoid broken
4. ccc broken
5. auxiliary output broken
6. another vanos broken
7. noisy sunroof seal
8. another vanos broken
9. two fuel cell seals broken

my car now has 50,400 miles on it, and i bought it with only 46k miles. bmw would not replace the last problems for free because i was over 50k miles...by 400 miles. i had to call bmw corporate before i got it taken care of.

Tenafly did say they can replace the battrey for free, but i have to drive down to NJ (3hrs away). If i would like it done local then I have to eat half, I mean thats fair imo. I didn't tell this new dealer that I went to union park and they said 500+. I simply called and asked for a new battrey replacement cost which they replied $349 installed/Registered. The lady will call me in the morning, and i will ask "hey will my 4yr/50K" cover this, if they do then great! If not then ill pay the $349. Union park lost more then one customer, My buddy had to take his new 335xi for service and he's now going to otto's. I told union park the price difference, I would've been satisfied if they could price match and just do the job while they had my car.
