Remove valve covers, replace the spark plug tubes and replace valve cover gaskets while you are at it. You probably want to replace the plugs as well since 2 and 3 have been burning oil all this time.

Not sure but it shouldn't be too bad of a DIY. You only have one valve cover to remove and they are all in-line and right in the middle of the engine bay. I had to jiggle things, remove surrounding parts to do mine since mine's a V8. A PITA compared to the in-line 6 engine.
Misfiring cylinder is never a good thing. It only leads to more problems down the road. I wouldn't leave the engine to burn oil. Not even for a week.

To make thing clear the oil was in the spark plug well not on the spark plug itself.
Does it still mean i might have to replace my valve cover gasket?

Maybe whoever did the last oil change or top off spilled some. Similar thing happened to me.
I saw some oil in the spark plug well of cylinder 3 when I changed my ignition coil and started thinking worst case scenarios.
Anyway, I remembered I spilled a little oil when I topped it off a few months before the coil change and figured some just found itself down there.
Now if the oil was in cylinder 5 or 6 nowhere near the oil cap I'd be more concerned.
Clean it up and keep an eye on it.

JGT - You owe me either a speaker box and sub that i sold you for $375 or $375. Doing a credit card dispute saying you received it "broken" isn't going to fly with me. Send it back or pay back. Stop thinking you can cheat people
