I developed some sort of fluid leak after having the starter replaced (light brown - like fresh oil). Are the two related?
puddle of oil on floor of garage is about 8" in diameter. Checked oil drain plug - no leaks
Any help is appreciated.

It seems like I might be facing same issue. Did you fix it? What was the issue? Thanks.

At the rear of the engine is a oil breather pipe that runs from the rocker cover to the inlet manifold
also running under the inlet manifold is another breather pipe
Both pipes become old and brittle and can break very easily
Depending on how the starter motor was changed (inlet manifold removed or pulled out of the way), It is possible that one or both may have broken during the exchange
They are both easily changed and are not expensive
