I haven't got e erything back together. The weather has been pretty bad. The print was not damaged. It had just worn out from being compressed and heat cycled. I should have everything back together by the end of the week. I would go ahead and get the ring on order you realy have very little to lose.

I replaced the ring, it seems to be leaking from the front housing cover on the pump. My next step is to remove the cover and reseal. If that fails, (ie, I can't get it back together) then I will buy a new pump. About $350
