Default Oil housing and cooler gasket leak n54

Hello, i am new at the forum. I am intresting of doing some work on my car ( bmw 535i 2008) but i need some help. I have a oil filter housing and cooler gasket leak. I want to change it and i know to do that i need to remove the intake manifold for which I bought the gasket set to replace it too. My question is what tools i need to perform such a work and from where i can buy it??? Also, any suggestions how to do the job and is there any steps that i need to follow?
Where i can find some videos about that job? Thank you!

You dont need to remove the manifold. If you google it their are a lot of videos on how to change it. You can choose what method you want to use but I did mine with out removing the manifold.

Thank you very much for your response. My engine is n54 and one of the bolts is under the manifold intake. That is my biggest consern!

Your choices are to remove the alternator or manifold. Its your choice. If you think you need to remove the manifold for maintenance purposes then go ahead but removing the alternator will give you enough room to get that bolt off.
