The quickest way to check if it's the head is to drain your oil, cause coolent in operating temperature 190-210 degrees F. has a lot more pressure then oil at the same temp. so the coolent will take the path of the least resistance and go to the engine, plus showing up on the oil cap as a foamy substance. It looks like it is the radiator and a flush to both systems should fix the problem.
