Yeah, performance differences may be hard to capture but I was thinking that they GT2 can capture any horsepower gains? I mean, if all the settings are kept constant, would the system show a possible increase in HP?

Okay, I think I get you. I had thought that the hp calculations were independent of how good a run was but I do remember seeing different hp numbers in your data which varied with each run.

My Escort GT1 should arrive today.
It's snowing today ... and may snow on and off for a few days so I don't know when I can get some test runs in.

I did my first two post-dealer-trip runs this moning. One, which I am not reporting, was a "disaster" with DSC/DTC both on. No way Jose in my car, but things apparently are different for grogan545. Today's "good" run wasn't really that good, but, hopefully, the "problem," vis-a -vis my last two attempts prior to my dealer's reset, is that my car is starting its learning over again.
Run in D--GT2 Used--No Brake Torquing--DSC/DTC Off--55 Degrees
HP 324 @ 57; Ave HP 269
0 - 80 8.92
0 - 70 7.17
0 - 60 5.43
0 - 50 4.10
0 - 40 2.98
0 - 30 1.80
0 - 20 1.02
0 - 10 .35
1/8 Mile Time 9.00
1/8 Mile Speed 78.9
330' 5.85
60' 2.03
HP readings not good. And, leaving the line was not good--despite having no wheel spin. I had one aborted run when my Step pulled its cute trick of shifting way early after I encountered only modest wheel spin.
And, my best 0 to sixty now is 5.43.

I also am amazed that I was able to get good times with DTC/DTS engaged.I don't know if this will continue but it is the only way I can get moving without massive wheelspin.I intend to go back to doing things manually when the weather warms up.My earlier experiences with the controls engaged were also a disaster.I abandoned this method after only a few tries.I cannot explain my sucess now with controls on but I will continue to test in this manner for now.
PS. If I duplicate my pm info to you Znod this will remain my method of choice.

Hopefully it's just that your car is a "slow" learner. It appeared that your times were improving right before you went back to the dealer.
