OEM W-rated tire on non-sport 535i - increased limiter?

My non-sport 535i produced in March came with Goodyear RS-A W-rated (168 mph) tires.
Without disclosing a whole lot, I'll say I had a little surprise today that I would like to verify with others instead of performing more "testing". Could my speedo be off that much?
What are the chances that it does not limit top speed to 130 like most of the non-sports with the lower rated tires?

As far as I know, and I recall a thread about this, US e60 5-series, regardless of sport/non-sport package, are electronically limited to 155. I believe the e90 335 is limited to 130, however.

I think the e9x and e87 are 130 with the exception of the N54's with sport package, At least on the e87 it goes up to 155
(E87 = 1 series)
