Default Oem Msport front bumper fitment

I came across a really good deal from a friend that could get me the oem msport front bumper cover for my 2005 530i i was wondering if i just purchased the bumper cover would it be a direct fit or would there be any extra hardware that i would need to purchase from bmw

Off the top of my head, 2 mounting brackets in the front under the inner foam bumper. 2 air duct scoops for the brakes, bottom grilles, MTech fog light housing. Also, is the new bumper for pre-LCI or LCI? Do you currently have PDC?

pre lci non pdc would i just be able to swap my existing hardware from the old bumper

For the most part yes. It would just be more secure with the 2 front brackets.

Is this still the case for LCI?

all of this, plus the triangular closing plates forward of the fender liner. you have to trim the fender liner too. i just got done fitting the whole kit to my '04. good luck with your project, post up if you need some help.

Does anyone have experience trimming LCI fender liners to fit Msport front bumper?

Is it possible?
