OEM M5 wheels question

My Ride: Titanum Grey 525i 2004
Black 328i 2008
2008 E70 X5
Hello members,
I have found 166s M5 wheels for sell locally. the seller said its brand new OEM wheels with new tires.
I'll go to pick them up tomorrow and its an hour drive.
when I see the wheels, how do I know if they are really OEM or after market?? where and what should I look for to find out they are OEM? posting pics would help a lot
he sent me the size of the wheels and tires, so are these sounds correct to you,
Front Tires: 255/40ZR-19x8.5
Rear Tires: 285/35ZR-19x9.5
