It used to, before the SW upgrade. What SW do you have on your iPod??

Just to go back to your original question, I know that I have seen this change based on firmware etc. Unfortunately, the only thing you can do is hope that the next Apple upgrade fixes the problem. The other suggestion is to change a setting within iTunes that tells the iPod always to resume where it left off. I don?t recall what this is but it does exist.
