1. Bugs smash good.
2. SMG paddle downshifiting and passing at 80 plus is sheer pleasure.
3. As is leaving the left lane barstards behind.
4. Cruising at OBC 80 = Hand GPS 77.8
5. NAV pro lost guidance on most stops for fuel, etc. and had to reenter destination.
6. Weighted OBC MPG for first 4600 mi. = 23.0 ACTUAL = 22.1
7. Running at night with high beams on is an option. 4-wheelers don't seem to mind and only a few truckers flicked for low beams.
8. E60 does not have the hard heavy road carving of the E39, but would not trade active steering for the difference. The road feel is still there, but much more subtle.
9. On occasions, I still confuse the cruise stalk and the turn indicators. The trade off is that the cruise control gives quick precise adjustments. There are too many options to put the buttons back on the steering wheel like those of the E39.
10. I am one happy camper!

That's so funny that you mentioned confusing the cruise stalk and the blinkers. I've done that too. I think I'm getting used to it now though. I've got about 2K miles or so on my baby.
