Aerial Speeed Traps are very common in the US, Marc. If you're ever driving down the highway and you see a painted line on the road, perpendicular to the direction you're traveling, followed by another line a few hundred yards further, that's a good sign that this is being monitored by planes. The way they determine your speed is by timing you from one line to the next. 
Yea I know they exist...they have them on the road from Cali to Vegas also...I just can't believe they get enough revenue from roads up by your place....
or install a very small fish-eye camera on top of your roof connect it to your LCD in dash and monitor the sky. Its fucking Star-Wars man. Its slowly coming! Soon we'll be flying instead of driving.
