just another update on why i love my dealership and would recommend them to everyone who is in the NY -LI area.... On Christmas, my car gave me a gift of an airbag fault light as well as a window regulator (again!)...
my car is out of warranty since May 04, but my dealer has this great program for "good" customers where they will cover up to 3 service visits AFTER the end of your warranty...so my SA just called me and they covered eveything with the airbag fault as well as the parts for the window...i just have to pay the small fee for them to look at the window...my $1000 nightmare turned into $125 out of pocket
Hassel BMW is always a *5* as all should expect from BMW Service
