MiamiPhil...stunning looking E60!! Those pics came out great and thanks for verifying both the strip and the reflectors! That silver was my 2nd choice in color...looks great on the E60!
Thanks!

Thanks everyone!! Mystery solved, the 2008's do come with both the lower grill silver accent bar and the rear Euro style red reflectors!! The US brochure pictures are not correct in either case!

well its good that the car will come how you want.

i guess you shouldn't always rely on those brochures. the pics in brochures also show euro license plates and a different trunk finisher for the euro plate shape. that's why in brochures and commercials there's usually some fine print saying, "actual vehicle may vary" or something along those lines.

Yeah, is weird though as the car shown is definitely an LCI '08 but with the rear Euro reflectors omitted and filled with body color panels, and the left hand drive would have thought it was reasonable to believe it is US spec...but who knows in the end - probably used an early production model (to get the brochure to press) and changed minor things after that....anyway - all is right with the world now

fyi - i believe in europe, only the uk is right hand drive, so that's probably not a good indication either...

Yeah - I realize that - just all the things together (and the fact that I picked up the brochure at a US BMW dealer) led me to believe it was correct for the US.
