Are Normal Tires ok instead of RunFlats?

My Ride: 2005 BMW 330i Orient Blue exterior Beigh leather interior with Wood trim, Premium package, Steptronic auto, Xenon headlights.
When leasing a BMW such as a 530i with the Sports package and since it comes with runflat tires standard with this option, During my lease if i need to replace all the tires and i want to use normal Non-RunFlats is it ok to install them on the rims it comes with the car and if so when my lease is over and i turn in the car to the dealer or back to BMW must i keep RunFlat tires on the car??

Do you have a spare tire in the trunk because if not, you would have a problem if you got a flat. Normal tires will fit on the same rims - some have changed them. No idea about lease return rules.
