My Ride: BMW E61 535D Titan Silver
Non Starting Issue
Hi All,
I'm new here but have a E60/61 issue.
My battery went flat on my E61 535d after several tries to jump start it using my Mondeo 2.0tdci.
The car refused to start and charge battery, then a fault appeared on the iDrive (Fuel Pump Failure)
In the end i replaced the battery like for like, but the car wouldn't turn over.
A friend decided to dome something with the CAS.
Car still wouldn't start, I had recovery come out we managed to find the Fuel pump located under the rear seats has no power to it.
Checked the fuses and all seem fine.
After some reading I've heard his could be a DDE Relay fault or possible the Fuel Pump Module.
Can anyone shed some more light on this?
