Noisy Continental tires

Three months ago changed my Michelin winters which ran very quietly to Continentals for the summer. I forgot haw noisy they are. Had a passenger tell me today that the car, a 2007 550i with M package, sounded like a truck. i visited a Continental dealer... and" the problem is with the car!".
Even though I have 2 brand new rear tires I am ready to chuck them for something that runs quietly. Suggestions??
Thanks.

Check them closely for cupping or feathering. Often you will see this after they have some miles on them. I had this with the Mich. on mine and when they were finally replaced they were very quite. Now I am slowly starting to hear the roar as the tires wear.

I have gone through 3 sets of conti SportContact2s on my 545 and they were all silent. I now have ExtremeContactDW and they are also silent. Something is wrong with your alignment, or you have a control arm that is bent, or your ball joints are shot.

agree. My Michelin's are pretty good. If you like your winter tires get some decent summers from Michelin and call it a day.

I just purchased some Dunlops for 700 a set. I'm happy with them so far. They are much quieter than my hancocks were.

I've used Continental tires on two of my BMWs. I dislike them due to them chopping/belt breaking. Through personal experience, I believe it's a defect in the tires, therefore, I don't recommend them.
