noise when turning the car off and steering wheels goes up

My Ride: 2012 535i M package
Hello everyone, I am having this noise since ever.. the noise comes from some part of the hood.. probably it is on the steering column. but the noise is when I turned the car off you can hear like something hiting and my steering wheel starts to go up.. last year they try to fix the problem I think the S.A told me they change stering column.. but I am not sure dont remember. because I dont have the paper work anymore..
have any of you guys have the same problem

nope never heard of this. if your car is still under warranty i'd take it in and let BMW deal with it.

Should be covered. Take it in, have the pros check it out and deal with it.
