Never happened before but it has done this twice in the last 12 hours. Push button to start car. Doesn’t start. Idrive and air conditioning come on. No crank no noises. No engine light. I could do this 10+ times with same result. But if I wiggle the locked steering wheel than it will start no problem. Last night when it happened my wheel was turned all the way to the right so I figured it was a steering lock issue. This morning my wheels were straightish and it did it again.
What should I look into?
battery voltage 12.5
It sounds like a steering wheel lock issue because it has no problem starting if I wiggle the steering wheel
Since then, I have done the steering wheel relearn where I turn it all the way to the left and then all the way to the right three times. I’ve also raised the steering wheel all the way up so that it doesn’t move position when I stick my key in. Since I’ve done those two, it hasn’t had a no start, but occasionally it take a second from pressing the button until it starts to crank.
No errors on the dash or idrive but my scanner read these codes(not sure if current or previous codes). I erased them and waiting to see if they come back. Not sure if they are even related to my issue

Update. Aaa came out tonight and tested the battery/alternator/starter. Their scanner said that the battery and starter are good. The alternator is reading low. At 12.36v But yesterday my scanner was reading the alternator at 13.something
