Woke up to a car that won't start. All appropriate lights are on but no errors listed. It does not turn and I have ruled out battery after having it on a tender. It's a 530i 72k m54 any ideas ??

You have ruled out the battery after having it on the tender. Did you throw a multimeter on the battery to double check it for a bad cell?

Do you hear a click when you turn the key (starter solenoid engaging)? If not then either 12V is not getting to the solenoid or the solenoid is bad. There are a number of reasons that 12V would not be getting to the solenoid, including the IVM module, MPM module, other assorted modules, or a loose connection.

If you do hear a click when you turn the key then you can be 95% sure it is the starter.

If it is the starter you'll need to pull the intake manifold off to get at it. Not too bad a DIY. When you have removed the intake manifold you can check for 12V at the solenoid to starter connection before pulling the starter motor.
