I have done several searches for EDC (Electronic damper control) and found nothing in the forum. Does anyone else know or wonder why this is not an option on the E60's?
I see the M5 has 3 EDC programs (Normal, Comfort and Sport), just as the E39 540 used to have.
I have ordered the MSports package, and am concerned that I can not order EDC to soften the ride, when I feel like a more relaxed drive.
The first MSports vehicles will only arrive here in January or February next year. So until then, if anyone can help me with opinions on the suspension in terms of stiffness vs. comfort, I'd really appreciate it.
Of course if you know anything firm on possible introduction of EDC, I may delay my order even further.
I look forward to any info.
Thanks

Unfly no EDC for e60, though 7-seies and m5 have it. EDC is often confused with Active Roll Stabilization as people consider both of them with Active Suspension.
I think EDC shud be attributed with Active Suspension.
