It's cool for those tight garages But will it also back out on it's own ? if not that could be a problem!

It looks Bogus! The guy was pressing on the plastic part of the remote key, not on any button and the car started to park. Maybe it's just a concept video

Well actually to my knowlege the Lexus system still requires you to modulate the speed manually.This bimmer did it completly by itself haha...
