My Ride: '05 545 Sport Week 9
Ok, so I spent some time at the dealer today checking out the 545i. The more I check out this car the more happy I am with my purchase decision. The car is very nice!.
A few questions...inside the center console at the bottom, there is a little door that slides up and there is some type of plug outlet in there, but its too small to be a cig lighter plug...what is that?
Also, I noticed that the 545i steptronic does not have a sport mode button..true? But I think the 645 step does. Perhaps putting it in manual mode on the tranny also puts the car in sport mode? Anyone know???
I also noticed that some '05s on the lot have the black reflector insert and some have body colored.
I'm very happy with my color choices... titanium Gray and black interior...can't wait for my pickup in Germany in late March.

2) push knob left = sport, then move up/down = manual
3) newest models = colored inserts
