Newbie - Need some referrals

Just picked up my Carbon Black 550 from the dealer over the weekend. 
Sweet ride. I'm driving it like a like a newborn, taking only baby steps until 1201 miles... then
Can't wait to do all the mods mentioned in the forum.
Here's a list of mods I have in mind...
Angel eyes
5-windows Tint
Rear roof and trunk spoilers
Black Chrome Grill
De-badge
Powder coat the 19" (maybe)
Entertainment system upgrade
Anything else I'm missing? Anything else you would considered?
Anyone have a good referral for a good tint shop down in SoCal?
What kind of tint should I get for a Carbon Black/Black with Bamboo trim interior?
I had a Lexus with a Titanium tint before, it was all right but it has a bit more green than I wanted.
Also, a good and reliable aftermarket shop where I can bring my car to?
Has anyone upgraded their Nav to play DVD movies or added a TV tuner? Can it even be done?

For tint, I like the work from this guy in Santa Ana, he's on Edinger and grand, just down the street from Crevier BMW. Call Crevier and ask for the number, I can't recall his number right now. He does all the work for Crevier, Irvine, Shelly, and I believe Long Beach BMW. I used Maidico Charcool 35%, not too dark, but dark enough at night and really goes well with my Auburn interior.

I was thinking of just 20% since I have the rear sun shade...

You do have them. I think he is referring to an upgrade. Some folks want them to have a brighter, white light, thinking the OEM angel eyes are too yellow in relation to the bright xenon headlights.

How did you get them duel pipe exhaust?
Is it another aftermarket mod?
Did BMW void your warranty on the emission system after you changed it out?
