My Ride: 2005 545i
Hey Gang
As the title mentions I am a newbie to the forum and the E60. I picked up a really clean 2005 545i last weekend and life is good. I have my first question (I'm sure many more are to come) When I start the car the heating/cooling system turns on automatically. This is strange to me because I always turn it off prior to turning the car off after last use. It doesn't happen all of the time but probably 80% of the time. Am I missing something... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

yea happens to me 2. i guess it comes on to circulate air.

@cwest I live in Mountain View/Los Altos area. I see that your from Santa Rosa, I have lots of family there.
