NEW YEARs just went down hill for me!

so i was only 2 mins away from getting home safe when The guy didnt care to look behind him when backing up and smashed my rear driver side door!!!! 
so I took down all his info made him write a promissory note and he said he would take care of everything :thumbsdown: new years was going great till this happened 
well here is the picture i know it sucks but all i had was my camera phone... sorry guys i just needed to blow off some steam

well im not getting it through insurance hes going to give me the money to get it fixed. the autobody will write up a number and he'll have to pay it
