I wonder from privately purchased (not leased) e60s:
a) Who has the oldest e60?
or
b) Till what age/odometer distance is anyone who has "bought" intending to keep theirs.

My first e60 was one of the first UK models which I bought in Sept 03 on the Launch date. I will keep my current E60 for years to come as I can't believe BMW, or anyone for that matter will be able to produce something as good or better for some years to come.

Replaced turbo on 28000km , intake manifold (on recall),
reported small leak on gearbox, they messed up something
at delaership and had to replace gearbox. Still great pleasure
to drive, love low end torque. Same driving style as 550i returns
on average 8L/100km, 550i is around 16L/100km, double
