Since no one has yet to mention it, but the tires are too tall. The proper tire sizes should be 245/30/20 and 285/25/20 which will give you the same rolling diameter as the stock wheel/tire setup. Most people are wary of this setup so they instead use 245/35/20 and 275/30/20. This setup provides more sidewall and better protection against potholes and better ride quality. Depending on the offsets, some have had to roll the fenders with this setup b/c their offsets were too aggressive. Speaking of offset, I can't see how 10.5 wheels with 17mm offset and 275/35/20 tires aren't rubbing. Other than that the wheels look good.
i wanted to edit my original post but it looks like the board system wont let me how strange. I posted this on Bimmerforums as well and my wheel guy made a comment corecting me as well as i stated the wrong tire sizes.
the actual tire sizes on the car are:
front 245/35/20
rear 275/30/20.
and the off sets are
front et14
rear et17
thank you for catching that my bad guys

I wouldn't lower the car b/c if you do, you'll be rubbing like crazy even if you're not now. I can tell the wheels are protruding outside the fender and that's not a good sign. IMO, to lower the car you need the front offset to be about 20mm or higher and the rear about 28mm or higher.

If you lower it, you should try using coilovers with dampening adjustability on the shocks. This way you can stiffen up the shocks and reduce up and down movement on the car and hopefully eliminating any rubbing issues. I did this on my 545 with sports package using KW Variant 2 coilovers.
Of course, the ride will be a bit stiffer but if you only use lowering springs, I can almost guarantee the car will rub even if you roll the fenders.
That said, I think the STMs look beautiful on your car! Nice choice!
