I have an 07 535d M Sport. I am thinking of changing the tyres for non run flats.
Does anyone have a good recommendation for what I should change them for? Also, if there is a good place to get them in London.

I have also seen some debate on whether this change to non run flats is something which ought to be notified to your insurance company. Any thoughts?

Many thanks

Michelin PS2's... Trouble is they're mighty expensive but OEM for a lot of Porsche's...

There's a golden rule with Insurance companies, if you're not sure then declare it... Trouble is 99% of them won't understand and will probably want to charge you more! Best argument is that the 19" wheel option does not have runflats...

You won't regret changing them!

Yup, F1's are good. Had some a while back (not E60) - loved 'em, especially in the wet! But I prefer PS2's in the dry and found the F1's slightly noisy...

First time I have heard that - irrespective you are saying that the PS2's are quieter than the F1's on the e60.

They were the earliest F1's and the criss-cross pattern made them slightly noisy. Perhaps the latest one's are better?

I haven't got a comparison of both on an E60... Anything is better than the choice of runflats though!!!
