is lowered. Their is so many configurations to lower the car. Any advice on what product would lowered my car without suffering on the ride quality. I don't want to feel like I'm riding a horse. It will never see a track. Maybe the parking lot.

The shoulder of the tires are outside the fender (i.e. if you look straight down from the top of the fender you'll see the tire thread). With that setup if you drop it will rub since the fenders are on top of the tires due to the stick out.
Looking at the rear as if the car loaded with 4 adults in the car it'll rub on street dip too as the stock suspension is rather on the soft side.
With front & rear at such width a bit of concavity would be nice but the spokes designed are rather flat (bit better on the rear).
Not my cup of tea but to each his own.

M5 front fender is wider by only 1cm which still not clear your front, the most xDrive on the front is 8.5" w/ ET35 for 9" maybe on ET38 or even ET40 but may rub with the front strut on the inside.
As for the rear it'll rub (when loaded) no matter what especially when lowered.
