I finally ordered 166M rims on www.salesafter.de
It already arrived end Jan but up to now, I didn't had too much time to share the news
Tires (275/30/19 & 245/35/19) are on their way.
I'll keep you posted with pics around May when fitted on the car

Been looking for these in the UK --- (275/30/19 & 245/35/19) ... but can't find anywhere reasonable selling 'em.
Any idea where I can get em cheaply in the UK other than ebay (haven't got any with this split configuration) ???

@ Ash 786, personally, I ordered my tires Here It has been the 3rd time I ordered there and I'm fully happy about the results. 
@ F Porsche, my 135M rims are actually fitted with winter tires so I'll keep them for cold seasons... sorry.
