Yesterday it was very exciting day! I picked up my 08 535i...
The car is Platinum gray, sport, premium, comfort access, heated seats (must here in Chicago), ipod, usb, Sport step with paddles, Nav - loaded with 18 900 miles on the clock. Love it
Now compared with my e46 330CI coupe - well, bigger difference than I could imagine. The car is huge, but it does not feel like one. More solid, more power, more space. It will take time to adjust as these are two different cars.. I might still keep my e46 for fun (it is stick shift) but for everyday commute 535i is much better....
The pictures will come later tonight. I hope this forum will be as helpful as e46fanatics was....

This is THE BEST car forum, period! They even threw me out and let me back in once! It was like a giant frat-paddle. ![Heart](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/heart.png)
P.S. - Get ready to spend thousands of dollars in mods.

Congrats and welcome.
Did you get a car with the Winter package - if so you might also have a heated steering wheel. The switch is on the left side of the steering column.
