Bought a used 2004 530, and as part of the prep, the dealer updated all the software to the latest version. They told me to buy a new map disc to get the latest streets in the Houston area.
The old map disc (2004.2) worked perfectly, but didn't reflect new roads and housing areas. The new disc (2006.2 direct from NAVTEQ) isn't recognized at all -- message says to insert nav disc.
The old disc said "DVD-CCC", and the new one says DVD-HIGH -- did I get the wrong disc?? I gave NAVTEQ my VIN number, so I thought it should be OK. NAVTEQ is closed over the weekend -- any ideas before Monday?

Don't change the software yet ! As Bruce Miranda said, you probably have the wrong type of disk - nit sure which disk is needed for the Business Nav, but for the Professional Nav (ie DVD) you need the Prof disk (ie not the High)
