New M-sport in Helsinki - now scratced

My Ride: My ex-ride: EU '08 LCI 520dA. Space Grey, Sport Seats in Black Leather/Fabric Anthracite, Sport Steering Wheel, A/C with Extended Features, Hi-Fi Speakers, Cup Holders, Cruise with Braking function, Folding Rear Seats, Xenons, Park Distance Control.
I need the drive a certain route when I leave im company gargage
in downtown Helsinki, do to one way streets.
Last week I noticed a brand new black E60 M-sport and did take a cell cam
pic, while driving in the evening rush
The pic, as you can see, is not composed as good as it could, but it was the only
possible window the take the shot (only a few honks).
I saw the same car today, almost on the same spot, but now the left side of the front
bumper was really badly scratched, I mean hugely scratched.
I tryed to take a pic of it once again, but all I got was the front end on of f***ing Jaguar...
The scratch on that fine automobile harmed me,
even if I do not have a clue who owns that beauty.

The posted pic is the old one. The one he tried to take of the damage only got the Jag and he did not post that one...

Just to prove my case, here's the "Jag" pic taken today.
I would have missed the scratch anyway...
I did do some research about Nokia cell phones and its cameras.
They have a delay in the picture taking, that's the reason both
the pics are composed so lousy!
I have the old 1.3 Mpix 6670 but I will go go for the newer N70 with a 2 MP camera,
they actually both have the same delay problem.
Actually I should buy myself a good camera, there's nothing wrong with my cellphone.
