New Jersey VDC Pictures
#1
Hey Guys,
I got inspired by a thread I saw today mentioning the NJ VDC, although the poster posted no pictures, it
inspired me to throw together some satellite pictures and some real life pictures from a trip I took there
some time ago. I venture to guess most people don't even know where this place is to begin with but here
are the pictures. I believe it's only one of three VDC's in the U.S. One here in NJ, one in South Carolina(?)
and one in California.
Here's a MUCH larger more detailed picture I was able to piece together, you can see the the roof's of the MINI's.
Here's three real life shots from outside the fence. I took these pictures way back on August 25, 2003. The
silver gray and mystic blue E60's shown here were the first E60's in the United States when each dealer was
given one of each color as a demo car. The entire place was full of E60's!! I still remember going through all
the spy shots, posting everything on my old web site. Those were the days. I figure it was time to take a
blast from the past, LOL. Maybe it would be interesting for some of our newer E60 owners!
There's the Statue of Liberty in the background of the 2nd picture with a huge pile of garbage to the left.
I hope the pics were enjoyable!

I was the poster without the picture.. I had tried to post a picture as an attachement and it didn't let me. Then, I typed in some text and hit the Preview Post button, got an empty page and then gave up....
Now its suddenly posted.
I have a picture I took from the cruise ship yesterday going past the VDC.

How come the Mystic Blue in the 3rd picture had the red reflector in the rear bumper. I thought all the US specs car came with the black one.
