Lovely What interior did you go for ... cloth / leather / what colour ... how about the trim, alu / wood / high gloss black etc ... ? Internal piccies are always good too !!

I do like the spoiler on the back ... regret not getting that on mine now.

I went for a standard interior which is half cloth and half leather. The reason I didnt opt for Nappa/Dakota leather is that my dealer advised that Nappa/Dakota at nearly ?770 option is not as cood a leather as used on the standard half leather seats, which is much softer. My colleague has sat in the car and agrees as his is fitted with Nappa, so to be honest I am happy with the standard seats which look sporty and spent the money on other options! The media pack is great, using a Nokia 6233 in the BMW cradle which works a treat!

Dash is also standard Aluminum trim, to be honest it breaks up the black! Pictures of the car also taken with the Nokia 6233

See you are going for a DMS remap, apparently my engine cannot yet be mapped due to a BMW encrypton, I have already asked DMS!

congrats on the new ride!

Looks great with the m-sport, 19s and rear spoiler.
The feel of the Nappa leather is much nicer IMHO than the Dakota leather, but I actually went for the Dakota because I wanted full leather. From what I can remember, you also get the Nappa leather on the centre console/armrest, which is a real nice touch.

Enjoy the new ride and I hope DMS crack that code soon enough for you...

awesome ride, congrats!

p.s. do the 19's on the m-pack still come with non-runflats?

They sure do. And I can tell you, the ride is softer on my new car than it was on my old.

Old - 530d SE (non sport), with 17" Run Flats
New - 535d M-Sport, with 19" Non Run Flats

I can't believe the 535d sport is SOFTER, quiter and more comfortable than the SE with 17" RFs !!! Can't believe how bad RFs are for ride quality now I've experienced the new car. They are great for safety, but other than that, they completely destroy the car.

I too like that rear spoiler...seems just right and not overly noticable!! Is that a dealer accessory, what cost and did they have to drill the trunklid?

thx

The 'M' Rear spoiler is an option from new and costs around ?145. I believe these are simply 'stuck on' with very strong adhesive tape. I think these can also be purchased as an accessory and retrofitted.

Totally agree! I couldn't believe the difference when I swapped my rfts for Conti Sport 3. Out of this world. BMW should stop RFts full stop they kill the ride. All that bs about newer generation rfts being as comfortable as regular tires simply isn't true.
