New door seals?

My Ride: 2004 545i SMG, Dinan Flywheel, M Sport Kit Blk, Blk.
I just turned in my car to the dealer for an m sport pack install -
While I was there the service rep, advised on his own to replace all door seals with new seals that have now been recommeded for replacements on 04/05 E60's. He said that there shouldn't be any creaking noises in the future. The seals are supposedly newly created and are under full warranty - 0$$$!
Today, day 2 - I recieved a call about a paint blemish on my front right fender, seems there is no clearcoat on a 1 sq ft patch - a field inspector noticed it while being at the dealer for a monthly visit - again - under warranty and $0000!
Two things - there must be a ton of customers with these types of problems - at the same time - my bmw dealer rocks!! Anyone else encounter these problems/changes?
Even gave me a x3 loaner for the week!!!
