Well, just got grip of my new LCI 520d with new CIC interface.
What a change with prior CCC controller: going through the menus is so much smoother, with easy scrolling between menus
The full-screen view is just great, and the screen resolution has made a huge leap forward
Here are just some views for those of you in the US waiting for March 09 to come !!!!
The wait is coming to an end !

I'm sorry, I can't compare as I did not have the option before;
Only thing I can say, is it appears pretty much instantaneous when pairing my iPhone...
I'll try and monitor the exact time it requires to upload all contacts (694 to date) !

Do you not need a navigation disk anymore? From what I can recall from previous posts, the navigation is stored in 8GB on the CIC. Do you also have a USB port in your glove box?

Looks like the navigation is using the new Navteq mapping. I'm jealous
