Hi Marty ; I'm testing BP premium diesel. Hoping for more oomph
Previously with petrol cars I was a big fan of optimax....

SMS (as per BMW borchure) is not supported for the time being with BT in e60. So neither any handy nor BMW Prof phone can help there.

Sorry, clarification: in case of BMW Prof phone you can receive SMS but you can not send them.

That's what I have been using and so far so good - I'm not sure about more oomph but for me the engine seems smoother. I filled my tank yesterday will bog standard shell and I pretty sure I can tell the difference. But its probably the placebo <spelling?> effect suckering us into paying the extra

Nope.

You can send and receive them.

But receiving and reading on idrive or the handset.
Writing and sending on the handset only.

Good idea! Never thought of it as anyway I was using my handy for the case.

That's exactly what I do. But I was curious and checked the phones manual... After I have read about it in the manual I tried it once. Since then I am using my cellphone for it again...
