I just think it should be stock - the 'sports' model in the UK adds various bits of m styling kit and some m logos (on the door sills, gear selector etc..), but not an m badge.

It reminds me of when kids would get ghia and xr3i badges from the scrapyard to stick on their 1300cc ford escorts - why bother?

Adding non-factory badges is in bad taste. Seriously, why would anyone even consider doing this?

Yea thats what I wanted good discussion Im not annoyed at the response just the interest it generates and the enthuthism of some of the replys but hey it's made my day and i hope yours
