My Ride: 2006 550i Monaco Blue/Beige Leather, Steptronic, Navigation, Cold Weather Package, Sirius, Style 124 wheels
Hi everyone, I picked up my new 550i on Thursday and I wanted to thank everyone on the forum for all the useful information that I have read here. I've been reading through this forum for about 2 months and it ultimately led me to going with another bimmer. I have had a 2003 M3 for the past few years and loved it. I wanted a larger car, with more technology, and also lots of power and I know I made the ultimate choice. I'm still learning the i-drive system and it seems that voice shortcuts are the easiest way to go. Anyway, just wanted to say hello.

Steve,
Congratulations! I also went from an 03M3 to the 550. Somewhat of an adjustment, but I love this car. If you feel a lack of steering and road feel, and want to improve the situation, ditch the runflats for Michelin PS2's. Its a good car anyway, but great with the adjustment.

Congratulations and welcome! You'll find a ton of information here in this forum.
So do you still have the M3? You can have the best of both worlds. Anyway looking forward to your pics soon.
