New 520 Sport ( UK M Sport ) arrived today

Finally took delivery of my new 520 Sport today.

Likes:
1. Looks very mean ( although black will take some looking after )
2. Everything seems just a little bit better built than my Jan 04 built old 520
3. Beige leather looks fantastic
4. Love the anthracite headlining - contrasts well with beige
5. Ditto the alu cube trim
6. The PDC is a novelty as my last car did not have and is now standard
7. Sports seats are a lot more comfortable than my old car's standard seats.
8. Ride is perfectly acceptable despite 18" Run Flats and sports suspension- only marginally harder than my old car's 17" Run flats and standard suspension
9. M Sport steering wheel nicer to hold than the non M Sports wheel - thicker rim and better leather
10. The grip on handbreak lever now in leather as is the knob on gear lever
Dislikes:
1. Still think BMW are mean not to include Full auto aircon as standard as the dials on optional full auto aircon are a lot nicer looking
2. Dealer f***ed up and delivered car with beige mats instead of black as ordered - good job I kept my old black mats!!!
3. Not a lot else to fault

Hi Mark. love the pics .Especially those "M" wheels. Unsure about the alu trim though !!!
How was resale on the old car? Is it a private purchase ? Do you have something to dislike about diesels? Why not a 525D?
Does the fan speed adjust on auto with the new car ? Any difference?
