nice nice, and I wouldn't worry about storage problems HD-DVD adn Blue ray should fill in nicely but the problem would be getting those readers to replace the current dvd readers.

How about a menu that displays the best stripper bars and hookers with flashing lights on the screen!!
Not just memory, it will definitely need a CPU and GPU upgrade as well. It will fit fine on a DVD, but I do forsee having to use "multiple" dvds for different regions much like the CD based NAV systems used. I doubt BMW will support blue-ray or hd-dvd anytime soon, but who knows in 15 years?
Night vision would accomodate this technology really well. The new S class already has it.

The *yellow* marker which indicates the direction reminds me of the NFL Football games where they produce a virtual yellow line where the next 1st down marker is.
