Congrats on the new ride. I like those carbon splitters on the alpine white -- nice mod
As for the winter rims, you can also have tyres that will go to 240kph. I always go for this type for the reason you wrote above -- having to stop at 210kph when you have a nice open and dry autobahn is just plain torture!! (You can also get those tyres in 18" and 19"
)
We might be doing a meet & greet somewhere around the 'ring area in the not too distant future -- I'm about to get into the details over the next couple of weeks. If it does materialise, I'll make sure to PM you with the details...

Anote to the wise... My e60 was delivered on the 13th April 07 (March Build), the car came without HGSL, my dealer had no issues what so ever in ordering and fitting the trim.
If you are in this situation and have the HGSL retro fitted by your dealer be sure to CHECK ALL TRIMS ONCE FITTED, HGSL is notorius for marking and on inspection I foud several flaws which required another replacement part being ordered, also expect a short delay if your door mirrors have the lights on the underside, I waited an additional 3 weeks for the mirror trim because of this.
Whether delivered with or retro fitted at a later date be sure to give your HGSL a good couple of coats of hard wax and leather off any excess water when washing, this will help keep it streak free and offer a little protection against unwanted marks.
I'm happy with the HGSL but i was equally happy with the matt black finish the car was supplied with, here in the UK the HGSL retails for circa ?350, if you have been supplied matt black and are happy with it, your dealer may offer something esle of equivilant value.
Good Luck
