Just as today, my siren alarm went down. Nearly impossible to hear when you standing 2 3 ft away from it. Can any one please help me identify which siren is it, what is the part # so i can look it up on ebay atleast, and where is that thing located ? I been searching for 3 hours but no luck.

post the last 7 digits of your VIN and I'll give you the correct part number. It's likely the same part across the entire E60 range.

As for location, it's mounted to the right rear bumper side bracket; you'll have to remove the rear bumper to access it. Removing the rear bumper on an E60 is very straightforward and can be done with simple hand tools. Takes 15 minutes or less once you know where all of the fasteners are.
