Just picked up my car on 10/9. I was trying to personalize the car and programmed the memory buttons (1-6) for different functions. I also programmed the turn signal (3 blinks), seat memory and a couple of other things. I have comfort access and I did this with my key fob in my pocket. Today when I went out to the car all of my settings were gone I had the same key fob this morning as I did when I programmed. Did I miss a save step? Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

Where's the other key? Did you double-check to see if they got mixed up?

My wife unlocked the car this morning. She may have used her key. I did use my key to start the car. No way they got mixed up.

Update I just checked with my wife and she said she used the physical key and put it in the lock. Could that have caused it?

Yes, check the key first.

Did you memorize the settings?

Will get the same problem (?) early next year.

That may have been what happened then. If your wife unlocked it, the settings may have been set to her key. I'm not exactly sure how all this stuff works but it's possible that her settings were set when she unlocked it then maybe they got saved to your key instead of your key overwriting them?
