Already did all that, alternator is holding steady voltage is steady wherever I test. The problem is the high resistance is causing a power failure every now and again.

Problem solved!
Yesterday, I first inspected the cable and noted a bit of corrosion at the point under the trunk mats behind the backseat. I then removed the entire positive cable and cleaned it with a wire brush and used CRC electrical cleaner on all the connections. I also used Di-electric grease on all the contacts.
I measured the resistance in DIS and it was at 2.4 ohms where it used to read 12 ohms. The threshold is supposed to be between 1.5 - 5.6. I took a 6 hour drive today and all was well. Earlier yesterday before I removed the cable, I took a 30 minute drive and the problem was present. I think I got it, just glad I didn't have to go get a new BST.
