I have a 08 E60 535i. I don't like the 18" sport wheels. I really like the E46 M3 19" 10 double spoke wheels. They look very close to the 19" wheels from the E9X M3 cars. My question is... will they fit the car without rubbing? I can't seem to find the offset on my current wheels. I guess I will have to remove them to see. I would like to use either the E46 or E90 wheels, whichever will fit. I am pretty sure the rear 19 X 9.5 will clear the rear without rubbing but don't know about the front.
If anyone has any information about this please let me know. I have lost out on some good deals on wheels because of not knowing.

Thanks, Ed

Be careful in your advice! Although the offsets for the 530xi and the E46 are similar, the offsets for the 535i are very different!

It would help if we knew the Style of the wheels you have now. Try here: http://www.k-lach.net/

E46 M3 fronts wont fit your 5er, the offset is too high, you'd to run about a 20mm spacer for them to work. The rears will fit though.
E90 3er's won't fit your 5er at all.

E90 M3 will fit both front and rear.

5er Xi has higher offsets similar to the E46M3 that's why they fit.

As best I can tell from the wheel pictures, I have the E60 Style 124 7 spoke, 18 X 8 and 18 X 9. My Son really likes them but they don't do anything for me. The wheels I like are the E46 Style 167 19". I have two rears from an 03 E46 M3 Vert that my Son had. I tried them on the rear of my 535i and the fit looks pretty good but I don't have any fronts to try.

Michael, You are saying the the Style 167 19s wont fit without the spacer in the front? Someone else on another forum told me he used them with a 15mm spacer but didn't say how they fit the front fender. You also said that the E90 Style 225s will fit both front and rear? Can you please confirm? I have been trying to find this information for two weeks, searching the net until 4 and 5 in the morning. I need to replace the tires very soon before we get a pretty good snow and I want the wheels before I get the tires. I see that you made a recommendation to someone about front brake pads that were less dusty. My OEM pads keep my wheels filthy.

Sorry, but I don't know the styles by number so I can't say if E90 Style 225 will fit. What's the E90 Style 225 wheel?

It is the E90 M3 wheel from 08-10. Has the same 10 machined double spoke as the E46 M3 wheel. The difference in the E46 M3 wheel is that it has a lip around the edge of the wheel whereas the one for the E90 doesn't.

The E90 M3 can use the same offset as the 5er and vice versa, but that doesn't mean the Style 225 will fit. I would go to m3post.com and ask what the offsets of the Style 225 wheel is. If it is 20F/22R you should be good to go.
