So i need some help. I have a 2009 550i that I will be putting E60 M5 style 166 wheels on. Tire size that i will be using will be 245/35/19 in the front and i have a choice of 275/30/19 or 285/35/19 in the rears. Which one of the rear sizes will work with no rubbing and look better? Also which size spacers do i need to use in the rears the get the best look and stance for the car? Also do i need to use spacers in the front? PLEASE HELP all info is appreciated Thanks

my choice was 285/30/19 in the rear on my 166's with no issues and a 12.5mm spacer in the rear.

there is a set of 166s with offsets meant for an M6 which has a lower offset. if you have that set you will not need spacers in the rear. if you have the M5 set, the rear offsets should be ET28 and a 12mm spacer would bring the wheels flush. if interested we do have 12mm spacers good in stock

Also if i have to use the 12mm spacer do you know which tire size would be better for the rear 275/30/19 or 285/35/19 ? Also the car is not lowered and i dont plan on lower it because i want the stock ride. I just want to get an idea whats the best set for these wheels to make them look good.

Thanks for all your help.

front offsets should be at ET12 on the OEM 166 wheels, so no spacers would be needed in the front
